A tale of two halves, narrated first by the Howie, then picked up by the Rookie, unfolds within a landscape of feverish drinking, casual sex and visceral violence. Meet unforgettable characters along the way from Ladyboy, the psychotic thug hellbent on avenging the deaths of his fighting fish, to monstrous Avalanche, clad in ski pants, looking for love from her bar stool.

“Howie Lee and Rookie Lee – no relation – share a surname and a city, Dublin. In Mark O’Rowe’s revival of his own cult classic..”

Matt Trueman (What's On Stage, Time Out)

“Howie and Rookie are both trapped in a fishbowl of local rivalries, just like the local thug's fighting fish. And Rookie's disas”
