Begins when you clock in and are allocated your task... but who is in charge: the machinery, the artists or you?

Enter an enigmatic space where your physical actions set mechanisms into motion, from crank-operated conveyor belts to an overhead transporter and control desk. Three performers put their acrobatic skills to the test, their choreography merging bodies with industrial installations.

Collectif and then… bring their distinctive style of contemporary circus to a collaboration with the Serbian collective, makers of specially devised machines for participatory performance.

Intimate participatory promenade production in which glitter lights up the air and audience members might just work up a sweat.

“Controlled anarchy... Fun, certainly. I left with a big grin on my face and a trippy buzz... Wears its themes lightly. ”

Time Out (Other reviewers)

“Imaginative... Fun and absorbing... but it’s also frustrating... There seems very little point to it all. ”

Fergus Morgan (The Stage, What's On Stage)

“Frankly, the circus isn't up to scratch; neither enough skill, nor enough variety.. Feels stretched thin. ”

Matt Trueman (What's On Stage, Time Out)
