Jess Thom has Tourettes, a condition that means she makes movements and noises she can't control, called tics.

She takes on Samuel Beckett's short play in a theatrical experience that explores neurodiversity and asks who is allowed to perform what and who gets the final say.

All performances are relaxed. This means that if you tic, shout or move about, you're more than welcome.

“A brilliant piece of conceptual performance that throws down a challenge to theatre as a whole. This is an intervention.”

Matt Trueman (What's On Stage, Time Out)

“More ordinary, more suburban – and I mean that in a good way – and definitely much more human than is normally the case. ”

Lyn Gardner (The Guardian)

“Jess Thom’s cathartic, inclusive, political and personal performance of Beckett’s text.”

Natasha Tripney (The Stage, Time Out)

“Could you have a better meeting of material and performer?.. Thom’s performance is itself illuminating... Physical, rhythmical.”

Holly Williams (What's On Stage, Time Out, Independent)
